SwiftMD is our telemedicine program that was rolled out in early December 2021. If you are currently utilizing Apollo-Ridge benefits, the program is available to you! Please see the highlights of the program below as well as a short video.

- What is SwiftMD?
SwiftMD is a telehealth provider providing 24/7 nationwide access to US Board certified physicians available over the phone or videoconference.
- What types of conditions do they treat?
Generally, the following ailments are conditions treated via telehealth: allergies and rashes, arthritis pain, back pain or injury, cold sores, diarrhea, earache, pink eye, fever and flu, headache, insect bites and stings, lyme disease, sinusitis, sore throat, stomach ache, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, vomiting, and an employees’ individual concerns.
- What is the cost?
There is a $0 Co-pay/consult fee with unlimited calls for all covered employees and their covered dependents. A-RSD pays all fees.
- How long until a doctor will call me once I call SwiftMD?
Usually within 30 minutes.
- How do I access SwiftMD?
Call the Toll-Free Phone Number 1-833-SWIFTMD (1-833-794-3863) or log into swiftmd.com and click “Member Login” to schedule a consult with a doctor. During your first call you may be asked some initial registration questions.

SwiftMD offers convenient consults from your home, office, or on the road thus eliminating the need for long waits at the ER, a physicians’ office or express urgent care facility. Physicians make the diagnosis and recommends treatment, and sends prescriptions to your preferred local pharmacy.
Staff should have received a welcome packet sent to your home address containing more information. If you need more information, please contact the A-RSD Business Office. Please also check your email for the registration code.
