Community Engagement
"Teaching is not just a job. It is a human service, and it must be thought of as a mission."
- Dr. Ralph Tyler
Our mission is to continue to help grow and engage our students and I think our Olympiad did just that!

Mrs. Fisher and Ms. Wenckowski did a tremendous job organizing the Middle School Science Olympiad for 7-8th grade students! Kudos to everyone who helped with the activities during the two-day event. Thank you to those of you who donate to our Apollo-Ridge Education Foundation as funds were granted towards this event!
5th Grade Students had a fantastic time during the two day Science Olympiad! Shout out to Mr. Wagner who did a phenomenal job at organizing all of the events. Thank you to all of our teachers and staff who participated and made each station fun!
Thank you to our community for supporting the students as they sold coupon books and asked for donations towards this awesome event! Many local businesses helped to make our two-day Science Olympiad such a huge success!
When families, communities and schools work together, students are more successful and the entire community benefits. The school district benefits from the efforts of the Apollo-Ridge Education Foundation, a volunteer organization that "funds extraordinary learning experiences in STEM +A-Rts for Apollo-Ridge students." The Foundation heavily relies on community engagement to reach the objectives of its mission.
