Board Meetings
The Apollo-Ridge Board of School Directors will extend its regular Committee (discussion) Meetings and Legislative (voting) beginning with the meeting scheduled for Monday, August 18, 2025. These meetings, typically held on the third and fourth Monday of most months, will now begin promptly at 5:30 PM—one hour earlier than previously scheduled. The additional hour will be dedicated to open discussion among board committees on general topics of interest, followed by the regularly scheduled agenda-setting and voting portions of the meetings.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings.
Any updates to the schedule will be noted at the bottom of this page, on our social media, on our website and legal advertisements will be printed in the local newspapers.

- Please note that the 5:30 PM committee meeting scheduled for December 2 prior to the legislative meeting will not take place. The regularly scheduled legislative meeting will begin at its normal time 6:30 PM.

- The Apollo-Ridge School District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting for general legislative purposes on July 21, 2025. The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings. - The Apollo-Ridge School District Board Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2024 will begin at an advanced start time of 6:00 PM. The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings. All meetings are held in the Apollo-Ridge High School Community Room at 1825 State Route 56 in Spring Church.
- Due to inclement weather, the committee meeting scheduled for January 16 is cancelled. The Board of Directors will meet on January 22- regularly scheduled Legislative meeting.
- The board meeting scheduled for October 16 has been cancelled due to the special meeting held on October 4, 2023.
- The Apollo-Ridge Board of Directors will hold a special meeting for the purpose of appointing a board member to fill the current board opening and for general legislative purposes on October 4, 2023. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM in the Apollo-Ridge High School Community Room at 1825 State Route 56 in Spring Church. The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings.
- A special meeting for general legislative purposes will be held on July 26, 2023. The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings.
- Due to the federal holiday on June 19, 2023 the Apollo-Ridge School District Board Meeting will be moved to June 20, 2023.
