2025-2026  Objective Performance Goal #1

Provide instructional leadership and ongoing oversight of the performance of each school as necessary to improve the Future Ready Index ratings for each of the District’s schools. 

2025-2026  Objective Performance Goal #2

Provide fiscal leadership and ongoing oversight of the District’s financial management by operating the school year within the approved budget and ensuring the well-being of the District by maintaining or growing the reserved and/or unreserved fund balance accounts relative to budgeted projections.  

2025-2026  Objective Performance Goal #3

Attain evidence of student academic growth in mathematics, language arts, and science as measured by the Pennsylvania Value-Added Assessment System and/or the most statistically valid data as made available.

2025-2026  Objective Performance Goal #4

Improve the School District’s attendance rates and graduation rates in comparison to the prior school year or maintain rates at or above 95% for attendance and 92% for graduation.
