PICK UP TIME:  3:35 - 8:00 PM

PICK UP LOCATION:  Elementary Cafeteria

STUDENTS ARE NOT TO SELL DOOR-TO-DOOR UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME!


Important Instructions:

  • Please collect all money while taking orders

  • Please make all checks or money orders payable to Apollo-Ridge Elementary PTA

  • Turn in the top two copies of the order form(s) with full payment

  • Keep the bottom copy for your records

  • Orders must be turned in by September 26, 2006

  • Payment totals will be sent home approximately one week before pickup

  • Payment in full is required on pickup night


The Apollo-Ridge Elementary PTA is please to introduce our annual fund raising drive.  Your participation in our program will help us have our most successful and beneficial program to date.  We are pleased to offer a wide variety of quality products featured in the enclosed catalog and "Ultimate Beverage Collection" brochure.

This year's catalog, All the Best for Less really means what it says!  We are pleased to inform you that prices in this year's catalog are 20% to 30% LOWER than previous years!  Please help us with this effort by taking orders from friends, relatives, co-workers and close neighbors.

Past fundraising efforts have helped our organization provide extras for all the students such as our annual T-shirts, field trips, programs, educational materials and playground equipment.  By your continued support of our fundraiser, you will help us enhance the school and education experience for all our students.

As a special thank you students who participate in our drive can "Shoot for the Stars"

  • Sell 3 items and win a Tootsie Roll Bank

  • Sell 5 items and win a plush toy monkey

  • Sell 10 items and earn a flying cow with sound effects

  • Sell 15 items and win a $5 Wal-Mart gift card

  • Sell 20 items and you are invited to a pizza lunch day PLUS  a $5 gift card

  • Sell 25 items and you are invited on a FREE limousine ride and lunch with the Principal

  • Sell 30 or more items and you'll win one each of ALL the prizes!

CLASSROOM GOAL!!

All classrooms selling an average of 9 (or more) items per student will earn a FREE in-room movie party!
