If you or your organization is involved in health and
wellness activities, contact us for information on how to
set up a demonstration/exhibit. We are looking for
practitioners in the fields healthcare, fitness, alternative
healing, and all levels of therapeutic care, along with
purveyors of healthy food/lifestyle products.

you are interested in making a financial contribution,

If you are interested in providing entertainment at our
Festival, submit a letter of interest to our District Office
for consideration.

FOOD/CRAFT VENDOR:
What kind of a festival would this be without food and craft
booths! Submit a menu or list of items you will be selling
to our offices for consideration. Vendor tables are $20
each and require you to provide tables/chairs. Power
sources are available upon request.

ATTENDANCE:
Most importantly — attend! We invite you to bring your
family and friends to enjoy a fun-filled day of activities
designed to enlighten and entertain. Wear your workout duds
and participate in one or all of our fitness activities to
jump start a physical fitness program or breath new life
into an existing one!
